#3995 New UI Allergies Module issues

In new ui Allergies module in the patient summary is having few issues:

1. When no allergies added, click on "Add allergies" link -> Allergies notes window pops up with the error on the screen

2. Add Allergy and select the added allergy heading from the list -> Edit allergy profile screen opens in classic ui but I can see error in console.

Issue has been resolved in Master.

In R15_beta it still opens Add allergies notes pop up for me. Although the change was merged to that branch, was it possibly overridden?

Re-tested R15_Beta build # 218 -> works for me.
