#3886 Instructions field of Favorite Medication does not accept percentage

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Have a drug in the favorites section
2) Click on edit beside favorites
3) In the instructions field put 1% for ex.
4) Click save changes

Observed Results:
1) Go back to prescription page and click on the drug name in the favorites
2) The instructions field is blank

Expected Results:
1) When you click on the name of the drug the instructions field should contain both the number and the percentage.

Replicated in Release 12_1 (build # 493).

Unable to replicate in Master as saving fails when updating Favourites -> Bug [#3218] "Updating favorite Rx silently fails".

Re-tested Release 12_1 -> issue has been resolved. Leave the ticket open at this time as it has to be validated in Master.

Additional change is required to resolve the issue of favourites having apostrophe in medication name example Children's Tylenol.

call the function StringEscapeUtils.escapeSql before updating the record in database
