#3879 Outside Use Report

Preconditions:

1. Log into Go Secure portal
2. Click "MC EDT Service (Upload/Download)"
3. Click "Download"
4. Locate file with description "Outside Use Report"
5. Click download and save to local computer
6. Log into OSCAR
7. Click Admin tab
8. Click Upload MOH Files
9. Click "Browse" and select the file
10. Click "Create Report"

Steps to reproduce:

1. Click on ‘Admin’ link.
2. Select the View MOH Files.
3. Select the File with prefix 'LDOU' which contains the patients and service information. File should contains multiple services availed by individual patient.
4. It displays the ‘Outside Use Report’ (Patient with signed consent’)
5. It displays the patient first name, last name, health card number, Date of Birth.
6. If any patient avails multiple services, it only displays single service information which is first service of the list of that patient.
7. Issue is identified in OU.xsl file which is used as xml style sheet file to display selected xml file.

Expected Result:
Multiple service information (Service Date, Fee Code, Description and Fee Paid) should be displayed for individual patient.

Observed:
The report only displays single service information of individual patient

Other details:
OU.xsl files need be modified in order to display multiple service information. Sample 'Outside Use Report' file is enclosed herewith. All confidential information has been altered.

Clients want to modify the display of outside use report. It is requested to display of patient demographics (Last Name, First Name, Health Card No., Date of Birth, Sex) to be repeated for all the services availed on same day.

In the current report it only displays demographics once for multiple services availed by a patient on same day.
