#3875 New UI - Prescription -fax and paste into EMR

"fax and paste into EMR" function does not work with the new UI - the prescription gets faxed, but not pasted into the note editor in the new ui Patient Summary.

1. go to the new UI
2. select a patient
3. click on Rx from Patient nav in the Patient Summary
4. add drugs to create a prescription
5. press "save & print"
6. press "fax & paste into EMR"

This is the same result when selecting "print & paste into EMR"

This behaviour appears to be presented in Release 12_1 and related to the bug [#3553].

I need to open this ticket again since there has been an commit which removed the id for the noteEditor which breaks the print/fax and paste into emr.

Also there is the same feature for messenger that is "write to encounter" which does not work with the new ui so I will fix this also.

fixed again
