#3857 Information in "NTE" segment only displaying first line in LifeLab Results

Preconditions:
1-Have a lifelabs report with multiple NTE segments such as in Pathological Interpretation field of AP/SURGICAL Pathology results. As can be seen in attached screenshot.

Observed:
If there are multiple NTE segments such as :
NTE||M|MS^ENDOMETRIUM:
NTE||M|MS^- BENIGN ENDOMETRIAL POLYP WITH CYSTIC ATROPHY
NTE||M|MS^- NEGATIVE FOR HYPERPLASIA AND MALIGNANCY
NTE||M|MS^

On the report only Endometrium is displayed.

Expected Result:
All three lines should be displayed on lab.

Unable to replicate in Release 12_1. Attached a screen shot.

Note: Lifelabs NTE segment issue was fixed with this commit: https://source.oscartools.org:8080/#/c/10323/ for the bug [#3110] "Information in "NTE" segment not being displayed for LifeLabs lab results".
