Steps to Reproduce:
1)Have a document that is assigned to a patient in the inbox
2)Delete the document from the patient’s echart before acknowledging the document.

Observed Results:
1)It still remains in the inbox, but if clicked, instead of showing the usual document preview with ability to edit fields.

2)Workaround is to manually find the document in the patient's e-chart and restore it, allowing it to be signed off (filed, acknowledged) as normal. It can then be deleted again.

Expected Results:
1) The document should still display as normal, whether it is deleted or not, when accessed via the inbox
