Preconditions:

A patient having laboratory reports from difference sources. For instance, three laboratory reports of Chemistry / Hematology from GDML and one laboratory report of Chemistry / Hematology from MDS.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Select a patient having Laboratory Report from 2 different sources i.e. GDML and MDS.
  2. Open eChart of a patient.
  3. Select a Chemistry / Hematology Report of a specific date from GDML.
  4. Click on ‘HEMOGLOBIN’.
  5. It will open a separate window having results / values of ‘HEMOGLOBIN’ of current report as well as previous reports. It only contains the ‘HEMOGLOBIN’ results of laboratory source from GDML but it does not contain the result of MDS.
  6. Repeat the same by selecting the Chemistry / Hematology Report of a specific date from MDS.
  7. Click on ‘HEMOGLOBIN’.
  8. It will only show the ‘HEMOGLOBIN’ results of laboratory source MDS.

Expected Result:
All the laboratory results of specific test should be displayed from various laboratory sources.

Observed:
Only laboratory results of selected test originated from specific source are displayed.

Other Details
However, in patient e-Chart, hover the ‘+’ sign of Lab Result and click on ‘Grid Display’, it will display the laboratory tests and corresponding results from all the laboratories. In this option it will display the result of ‘HEMOGLOBIN’ from both GDML and MDS.

It appears to be a duplicate of the bug [#3740].

don't you need your measurement map mapping on the tests in order for the plot to work.

once the mapping is there, I think oscar will know LDL from GDML is the same as LDL from MDS

I think that's not the case. Being mapped is not a condition in this case it seems. I just checked for eGFR which is mapped and shows in measurements all records from different labs. However, the lab report itself still includes only the ones specific to that lab facility.
