#3786 Consult List - Appointment Date Issue

When you access the Consult List appointment dates are displaying as 1970-01-01 T01:00:00.

1. login to oscar
2. click on "Consultations" from top nav
3. view appointment date column

If the date is null a static date was set to display.

Re-tested Master build # 2368 -> issue has been resolved.

This behaviour is also present in Release 12_1. Could you make a commit under R12_1?
