Preconditions:

  1. Have an unassigned document in the inbox.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to a document that is not assigned, select the document type, enter a description and assign it to a patient.
  2. Click on Save.
  3. Click on MSG button
    Expected Result:
  4. Message window appears.

Observed:
Http status 404 message attached

Other details:
If you assign the document to the patient and click save, then close the window and reopen it and click MSG the window will appear.
