Create New Patient Demographics, Enter more than 255 characters in Alert Section.

Steps to reproduce:

Create New Patient Demographics, Enter more than 255 characters in Alert section. Provide all mandatory information and save the record.

Expected Result:
System should save all the infomration recorded in Alert Section.

Observed:
In create demographics, Alert section should be specified with max length. In database the length of field is 255. It should also be specified in demographiccontrol.jsp. It allows the user to enter more characters but save only first 255 characters.
