#3219 Billing, Regenerate OHIP File button does not work as designed

Precondition:

1. OSCAR McMaster trunk, system and DB up and running.
2. OSCAR user is registered and has all rights to login
3. Invoice is created (use any service codes, billing type “Bill OHIP”)

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Launch the browser and open OSCAR McMaster site
2. Log In
3. Go to Admin/ Billing → Billing Correction page
4. Enter created invoice number into search field and select “Search” button
5. Once billing information displays, delete any service code, leave other fields as is and select “Submit” button
6. Once on Administration page, select Billing → Generate OHIP File
7. Select provider and click “Create Report” button
8. Select “R” (Regenerate) button

Expected Result:

1. Pop up screen should display with the confirmation message
2. Once user confirms, Generate OHIP File page reloads, Total, Claim/Records data are modified based on the changes applied

Observed:
Regenerate OHIP File button does not work as designed → Nothing happened. Records are not updated

The behavior was observed in feb2014-alpha build #14. It is not present in 12.1.1 #360. Please see attached screen shot.

Re-tested on Trunk (build# 2068) -> issue has been resolved.

Could it be also pushed to feb2014-alpha?
