Copy and paste quotations into encounter notes and OSCAR will change them into question marks.

    The bug has been replicated in R12.1.1 build #370 and OSCARMaster build #2001

    Steps to reproduce:

    Pre-condition: Patient's demographic record is created

    1. Select Search from the top navigation bar
    2. Input patient last name and select 'Search' button
    3. Select 'E' (Encounter) to access selected patient encounter screen
    4. Copy quotation marks character(s) from any text editor (ie Word document),not encounter note
    5. Paste copied quotation marks into encounter note field
    6. Select 'Sign, Save and Exit' button

    Expected: Encounter note is saved without any changes

    Observed: Copied and pasted quotation marks into encounter notes field are changed into question marks
