Problem Summary:
The patient search from the lab results view displays patients that are merge demographic records

Expected Result:
Any patient record that has been merged and is not the primary record should not be displayed

Actual Result:
All records are displayed

Steps to Reproduce:

Make a patient called DOE, MERGED and DOE, JOHN
Merge both records and flag DOE, JOHN as the primary record
Open an unlinked lab and search for "DOE"

Re-tested on QA server build (#367)-> the issue has been resolved. Please see attached screen shot.

The bug is replicated on Trunk (build# 2068). Awaiting Trunk commit.
