#3188 Search a Provider does not return all existing providers records

Dataset used: OSCAR testing dataset

Precondition:

1. OSCAR McMaster trunk, system and DB up and running.
2. OSCAR user is registered and has all rights to login
3. Multiple Provider records are added (>10)

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Launch the browser and open OSCAR McMaster site
2. Log In
3. Select Administration from the top navigation bar
4. Once on Administration page, select User Management → Search/Edit/Delete Provider Records
5. Once on Search Provider page, select “Submit” button to search for existing providers
6. Once providers records are found and display, select “Next Page”
7. Select “Last Page”

Expected Result:

1. By clicking “Next Page”, user is able to review all existing providers records
2. By clicking “Last Page”, previously found records should display

Observed:

1. By clicking “Next Page”, no records are found although they exist in the system
2. By clicking “Last Page”, it does not return previously found records.

Re-tested on Master -> Issue has been resolved. Master is still awaiting code review.

Can it be also pushed to feb2014-alpha please?
