#3180 Adding tickler from Master is not populated with demographic

Steps to reproduce:
1- When you open Master, click "Ticklers" that will open up a list of ticklers for that patient.
2- Click "Add tickler"
3- The new tickler window opens and asks you to search for a demographic.

Expected behavior:
In step 3, tickler should be able to know the demographic since it's was clicked from the demographic master file.
