#3169 Simulation OHIP File does not recognize date ranges input

CPU @ 2.60GHz × 4, OS type: 64-bit
Dataset used: OSCAR testing dataset

Precondition:

1. OSCAR McMaster trunk, system and DB up and running.
2. OSCAR user is registered and has all rights to login

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Launch the browser and open OSCAR McMaster site
2. Log In
3. Select Administration from the top navigation bar
4. Once on Administration page, select Billing → Simulation OHIP File
5. Once on Simulation OHIP File, select Provider, Date ranges
6. Select “Create Report” button

Expected Result:
Reports are generated based on the date ranges

Observed:
Simulation OHIP does not recognize date ranges input. It reports all available records

Not able to complete re-testing on OscarMaster: providers are not available for selection to generate a report.

Re-tested on Trunk (build#2068)-> issue has been resolved.

Can it be also pushed to feb2014-alpha?

I just tried to cherry-pick it , but it came up empty, meaning it's
fixed in feb2014-alpha (i think)
