#3168 Billing Reconciliation, Summary Report Total line calculation issues

Precondition:

1. OSCAR McMaster trunk, system and DB up and running.
2. OSCAR user is registered and has all rights to login

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Launch the browser and open OSCAR McMaster site
2. Log In
3. Select Administration from the top navigation bar
4. Once on Administration page, select Billing → Billing Reconciliation
5. Once on Billing Reconciliation page, select select “Summary” from the record listed to access Summary report page
6. Select Provider and select "Generate" button

Expected Result:

1. Reconciliation Summary Report is generated
2. Total line at the bottom calculates the total for the following columns: Invoiced, Paid, Clinic Pay, Hospital Pay, OB.

Observed:

1. Summary Report is generated
2. Columns for Hospital Pay and OB are not totalled.
3. The Service Code total line is totalling values of service codes, which is not supposed to.

The bug is related to the [bugs:#2277]
