#3153 AUA shown after first login has PDF binary data in-page

Using Google Chrome 34.0.1847.14-1.

After confirming the new password I was taken to the AUA page and instead of the PDF document I was shown the binary data of the PDF. The data is included directly inside a DIV tag.

I am attaching a screenshot of the page with the inspector open.

This is a misconfiguration of OSCAR. AUA page supports plain text / HTML user agreements only, as it places them inline with HTML of the page.

At the low level, the AUA code reads file from OSCARloginText.txt in OSCAR documents folder and then inserts it into HTML page.
