Can you please verify that this also cases an error when printing the lifelab results? I am experiencing errors with printing Lifelabs and suspecting this might be related.

    Let me know.

I am not able to upload the example.hl7 file.

I am getting an error, please let me know if an upload is correct (see screen attached).

    Thanks

It works fine for me. Don't forget to upload it as MDS/lifelabs

Yes, I put MDS/lifelabs, is there special property I should be aware of?

Maybe there is a problem with this example because catalina throws a date prase exception in the back-end (but it still uploads fine for me). Also I think this ticket is missing the log error message that is related to NTE segment.

I don't see the errors related to Date, but the error I am having is from the parser.

  • Trimara Corporation

Hi Gregory. The lab uploads fine for me. I'm using a default installation of Deb 362. Screenshots attached. I do not get any date errors either.

From my experience, I only got the date error in catalina the 1st time I viewed the lab. Subsequent views didn't contain that error.

      Hi Gregory,

Please follow the step below and see if you can replicate the problem

      1. Open up OSCAR with oscardoc
      2. click on menu item inbox
      3. Clink on HL7 lab upload
      4. In drop down box select MDS/Lifelabs
      5. Browse for the example.hl7 file
      6. click on upload the lab
      7. To see the results of the lab, click on the "*" just beside the
inbox menu item (important if you clink on inbox, it will show a different
list), it will show the list of unmatched labs. The file just uploaded
shoudl be the first one on the list.
      8. you will see the section in teh HL7 file of NTE missing.

      Daniel

You can view my result on the QA test system (
      http://qa.oscartools.org:11202/Oscar12_1/index.jsp) and see the lab
upload for "Test,Daniel" on the unmatched list. You will see the missing
      NTE part.
