Precondition:

  1. OSCAR StoneChurch Demeo Server, system and DB up and running.
  2. OSCAR user is register and has all rights login.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

  1. Launch the browser and open OSCAR StoneChurch Demeo Server in the testing environment
  2. Log In.
  3. Select/Activate Administration module from the top navigation bar on the main page.
  4. Select Reports section
  5. Select:
    a) Visit Reports
    b) Flu Billing Report
  6. Open drop down menu: “All Providers”

Expected Result:
By selected drop-down menu: “All Providers”, list of existing active providers and residents is presented.

Observed:
Drop down menu “All Providers” presents mixed list of providers and residents who are inactive and active.
