Problem Summary
Bug fix 2773 to remove broken html links from Generate OHIP File html summary also removed the the links to edit claim account and master demographics from Simualte OHIP File report where these links previously worked and were desirable.
Expected Result
On Simulation OHIP File Summary reslult the Account # should be a hyplerlink leading to edit of that claim and Name should be a hyperlink to Master Demographic screen for that patient as it was previous to the bug fix 2773.
Actual Result
Account # and Name display as plain text.
Steps to Reporduce
1) From Admin Menus choose Simulation OHIP File
2) Set service date range
3) Click Create report
