Problem Summary:
Provider accounts have access to create templates in eCharts, I verified commonly known access privileges manually, removed/recreated and still get logged out when the provider goes to use/add templates in the eChart
Expected Result:
The eChart template is loaded or the create template windows is loaded
Actual Result:
The provider's account is denied access and the eChart window is logged out, loading the OSCAR login page.
Steps To Reproduce:
- Open eChart
- Click on the Templates Drop Down and select New Template or an already created template to load it
Reproduced In:
Specific installation at client site using Deb from before 01-01-2014
Additional Information:
I have only been able to replicate this issue at one client site, let me know if you need certain DB information.
Works on 12_1 and Trunk.
If you still have issue, provide more details such as stack trace, etc.
Re-opening still occurring on client's computer.
Unable to replicate in QA system R12.1 (build # 404) but it appears the issue has been fixed on Trunk https://source.oscartools.org:8080/#/c/8476/ and related to the bug[#2899]
