problem summary
A Non-Rostered Patient in OSCAR breaks the Inbox Document Demographic search. When a set of patients are not rostered searching will show no results. If one of the set becomes rostered, the search will show all patients in the set
expected result
searching for demographics in the system should show all demographics that are active
actual result
searching shows only a set of demographics who are rostered unless one of the set is rostered and all the others are non rostered
steps to reproduce
- Create 5 patients all with the same last name, don't assign any doctors to them and don't roster them
- upload a document
- type the first two letters of the patients last name
Nothing will show up.
Workaround seems to be:
- open one of the 5 patients
- roster them
- search again
Not enough information to re-produce the error. After uploading document, where to type the patient last name?
My understanding is to push the "Search" button at the top of Inbox and type into the "Patient Last Name:" field. The results seem to return fine.
Please provide extra information, better with screenshots.
After discussing with Ronnie, confirm that it is OSCAR behavior that shows the list when 3 characters are typed into the field.
This bug is consider working correctly in 12.1.1
