Precondition:

1. OSCAR McMaster Stonechurch Demo Server, system and DB up and running.
2. OSCAR user is registered within the system and has login credentials

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Launch the browser and open StoneChurch OSCAR v.12 site in the production environment
2. Log In.
3. Activate Billing module
4. Select “Invoice Reports”
   When redirected to Invoice Reports screen:
   a) Select radio button “Submitted OHIP”
   b) Select “Provider”
   c) Select date range (“From” - “To”)
5. From “Invoice Reports” list on the "not settle payment" select “Edit”
6. User is redirected to Billing Correction screen

Expected Result:
1. Billing Correction screen shows Patient Information. Field “OHIP Claim No” is pre-populated with the OHIP claim number value
2. Radio button Submitted on the “Invoice Reports” screen has correct spelling (not as "Submmitted")

1. “OHIP Claim No” field is empty on the Billing Correction screen
2. Radio button Submitted on the “Invoice Reports” misspelled as "Submmitted"

Hello Alek.
Fixed the spelling issue - no problem.

I could use some help on the "OHIP Claim No" field not being populated.

• Do we know if this used to work, and if so, when did it break.
• In the code, the data to populate this field is pulled from the request object. However, the data is not in the request, as the initial report window used to launch billing correction screen does not have this data.
