No

Problem Summary:
The document viewer won't display documents that have been deleted. If the document has already been assigned to a physician to review, this means that the physician will be unable to see the document or acknowledge it to clear it from their inbox. Screenshot and catalina.out attached.

Expected Result
The document viewer should still display the document but should have an indication that the document has been deleted.

Actual Result:
The document doesn't display.

Steps to Reproduce:
(1) Upload a document through Inbox-->Doc Upload
(2) Open the document through the Inbox and (a) assign it to a patient and (b) assign it to a physician for review.
(3) Go into the patient's chart.
(4) Click the "Documents" title to open the Document Management System.
(5) Delete the document by clicking the trash icon
(6) Open the Inbox and find the document result
(7) Try to open the document - the document viewer will open but no document will be displayed.

Reproduced In:

  • Replicated on 70ca1eb6c945b958c05299119023df15c4a24db7 and
  • 12_1 Deb 362 (fresh install) + Ubuntu 12 LTS (fresh install)

Additional Information:

  • Errors are present in catalina.out - see attached.
