When an OHIP File is generated it creates a file with a specific file name. This name does not have a year assigned. It is the same name generated in the previous years. The file then then retrieved to be sent to OHIP can be the file generated last year. Oscar is getting confused as to which file is correct. We have seen this now on three different installations. Files being sent to OHIP are being rejected as duplicate payments. In addition, whne you go to the archieve and requiest a prior year's file, it sometimes provides the wrong one. This is occuring in Version 12.
