When some providers open the document management screen (without first selecting a patient chart or master record), the document management screen displays the name of a patient. On further inspection, the patient name displayed is the patient having a demographic number the same as the provider number of the user opening the page.

Steps to replicate:

1. Log in as a user who's provider number is also a valid demographic number on the system in question.
2. Click 'edoc' in the list of tabs

Please note that I can confirm this bug occurs in RELEASE_12, but haven't tested on RELEASE_12_1 or master.
