I released Oscar 0.9.4 today. This release is definitely worth the
upgrade. For Windows users, it fixes a "refresh" bug that was introduced
in the pre-releases and for everyone else it introduces new features and
more specification compliance, including the initial implementation of a
Start Level service from the OSGi 3 specification. Definitely the best
release yet.
