Hi,=20
OSGi v3 has a specific section about the java API requirements. It's
called "Execution Environment Specification". That speficication lists
all classes that java VM needs to provide in order to build an OSGi imple=
mentation.
There are two flavors : foundation (which is extracted mainly from CDC
profile) and minimal which is a subset (I think) centered for OSGi
requirements.=20

Both Reflection and Serialisation apis are needed in both flavors.=20

You can find the API lists for both flavors on OSGi web site, as jar
files.=20

The second question is now :=20
  - What is .... to run a java VM compliant to the minimal
    requirements... No idea for the moment.=20
