It's a too simplified view of the problem. I have two examples:
- I have two identical bundles but they embedded two version of JMX (1.0 =
and 2.0).
- You send me two different versions of obr... Both are called obr, but
  interface methods signatures are differents, and it breaks only at run-=
time...

Of course I can name them differently, but it should be simpler to
manage that immediatly.

Yes, I already have such problems on my inner applications.
All bundle managing scheme (rpm, deb, ebuilds) map version to archive
names... obr should also do that. I think the earlier the better...
