I second that.

Besides I think that alternative 2 is in line with the concept of OSGi
bundles Import/Export Headers (+specification-version=x.x.x).
Non-source bundles should not contain all needed packages but rather try
to declare what package/specification-version they need to import.
Right ?

If so, would not it be awkward for a bundle developer to
	- include in the source distribution the required library packages
	-BUT NOT including them in the binary distribution ?
