 From what I can see, the LogService is pretty much the same.

I can't say that I like the format of the new specification, though, 
because it makes it awful hard to see the class/interface definitions 
(since they no longer include JavaDoc format).

I think I will work on the PackageAdmin service for the next release of 
Oscar; that way I can get bundle update working once and for all.
