#1 osc2nuke host directory

I have an installation of PHPNuke 8.0 up and running. I want to add osc2nuke 2.2. Following the installation instructions, I copied the HTML directory to my server. I cannot get to the install.php file. Error 404. My PHPNuke runs from a directory called html (lowercase).

Should the osc2nuke have actually copied to the html directory, not the HTML directory? In an integrated installation such as this, what should the host side directory structure look like?
