Pitch bend gets proper special treatment when converting from OSC to MIDI, but the reverse MIDI to OSC conversion lacks that special treatment, so only the LSB is converted to the corresponding OSC argument. The attached patch fixes this.
The OSC->MIDI part already works fine, but there are still some minor issues with the MIDI->OSC mappings, I hope that I can get these sorted out (or at least report them) this week.
