[Osc-developer] OSC - Major Code Checkin

Team (Steve, Ron),

I just checked in a number of bug fixes to CVS.  I apologize for such a 
buggy piece of code in CVS.  Things should be much cleaner.

We are focusing on a release after Christmas for OSC. 

Ron,  If you can spend anytime QA'ing it would be greatly appreciated.  
There is a section of SQL code in the SQL directory that upgrades an 
Infocentral database to the OSC version.  I could sure use a seperate 
set of eyes for this.

Steve,  We could use your graphic changes on the site asap (or just 
after Christmas).  I'd like to get some screen shots out there when we 
release.
