#24 Export All Data to CSV

I'd really just like to get a simple output with all data from all records that way I can better understand on one sheet which members are member, friends, visitors, etc.

We'd like to see who is Member, Member Child, Friend, Guest, etc in a spread sheet so we can better count them and better see who is who and who we are missing, etc.

The problem with the current csv output is that we can only filter on classification type, there is no option to have that field as an output in the export. Maybe if all the fields in the database are given as option for output it would solve our problem...
