tcpsock Released

I released Alipha's socket class, tcpsock, that OSB will be using. Since it's finished I figured I'd release it to the public ;).

Thanks to Alipha for letting us use it. He's also working on a new one (3rd one?), and I might switch OSB to that.

Also, I'm LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO PORT TCPSOCK TO LINUX OR ANY UNIX-BASED OS. (Hope that catches someone's attention ;-) ). I want to have a release for almost all OSes ASAP. If you'll do this I'll add you as a developer if you want and you'll receive my praise in a news post ;). Contact me if you're interested.

The cIRC class is going well. I have an events handler working and I need to add events and functions. After that whip up some module-handling code (I'll need a port for that as well) and whala, a dummy OSB release. Okay, I should probably get back to work ;)
