#1 Develop sponsor database and sponsor benefits automation

This ticket is to track work to develop a database schema and php code to keep track of sponsors. It must be possible for an admin to:
- add a sponsor
- remove a sponsor
- view sponsors
- add a sponsor contact
(Firstname, Lastname, email, phone, address)
- set the sponsorship start date
- set the sponsorshit end date
- set the level of the sponsor

And depending on the sponsorship level:
- provide a URL to the sponsor's logo
- provide text describing the sponsor

This database will be used to render the sponsors web page to display all currently active sponsors.

This system shold also do email reminders to the contact 2 months & 1 month prior to their sponsorship coming due. The email should provide a link to paypal for them to renew.
