#19 Line numbers should not be links after log deadline

On the review page, once the log deadline has passed, the line numbers are still links like before (which can be clicked to log an issue on that line). After the log deadline, clicking that has no effect. Hence they should not appear as links, as if clicking them would have an effect.

This should be doable by setting ClientScriptOnLineNumberClick to null on the studentCodeControl.
