#16 Assignment Description Filename not saving

When the instructor selects an assignment description to upload, the file is uploading properly, but the filename is saved in the database as blank. (table Assignments, field descriptionFilename). As a result, the file will not come up when the user selects to view it via the "[Assignment Description]" link.
