#1 JPG profile images not shrinking properly

Go to edit profile and upload a jpg picture. It does not appear at the necessary shrunk size--right now it's full size, which is a major problem.

This is due to GetThumbnailImage failing with an OutOfMemory Exception.

The utility works fine when a PNG image is selected.
