#3 I have a problem installing OSADS-2.1

I have a problem installing OSADS-2.1 and I hope you can help me.

I have extracted the file locally into a folder.
     Then I uploaded the files to the web space [binary].
     A subdomain created.
     Created a user for the database.
     Then the install.php called with the Firefox browser.
     All necessary data entered and database creation selected
     After clicking on [Create] I only have a white screen.
     No database was created.

Then the same procedure, only that I created a database.
     But even here, after clicking on [Create], I only have a white screen.
