[Os-sim-support] Some questions about OSSIM (Newbie)

Hi every:
Recently I installed OSSIM AlienVault v2.1 using ISO. I want to 
monitoring this servers:
  * 3 RedHat AS 4.6
  * 2 Ubuntu Server 9.04
  * 3 Windows 2003 (SP1 & SP2 R2)
  * 1 Gentoo
After get installed OSSIM, what's next? Any doc? Any tutorial for newbie?
