[Os-sim-support] Clear mysql database

i'm working on Ossim 2.1, and i want to know if it is possible to clear the database without affecting the correlation proces.
 
I know how to clear all events from forensic console, administration > clear all table, but my /var isn't clear at all. I suppose it was just a superficial cleaning of the events.
 
Is there a commande on ossim that do this job, or i need to drop all mysql table myself?
