[Os-sim-support] Error in OCS README

Unless I am reading it incorrectly, there appears to be an error in the
README file in the OCSNG_LINUX_AGENT_1.01.  It states there are five
command line parameters, the fourth is a boolean to indicate autoupdate
and the fifth is the TAG.  My installations kept setting the TAG as "1"
until I realized it was using the fourth parameter as the TAG.  Once I
passed only four arguments on the command line, all went well - John
