Summary:     - Core clock is now referenced under the name "core" and can thus be retrieved with orxClock_Get() & Clock.Get
- Minor cleanup of unused code in clock module
- Replaced all calls to orxClock_FindFirst(orx2F(-1.0f), orxCLOCK_TYPE_CORE) with orxClock_Get(orxCLOCK_KZ_CORE)

Summary:     - Better handling of variable DT in LiquidFun plugin's physics simulation update
- Physics interpolation is now on by default when a simulation step is given
- Updated SettingsTemplate.ini accordingly
