Summary:     - Removed obsolete OpenAl-Soft custom project files for vs2008 & vs2010
 -> Use projects generated with CMake for vs* + modified to output static library
- Updated codelite project for OpenAl-Soft + config.h (restrict)
- Replaced all "inline" in OpenAl-Soft headers with "static inline" to prevent symbol duplication in static library (mingw)
- Updated vs2008 & mingw binaries of external OpenAL-Soft library
