summary:     - Added external library Box2D 2.1.2 + mingw/msvs2008 binaries
- Updated orx's plugins/code to comply with new Box2D version
- Alls previous features have been ported except raycasts: WIP
- Removed orxPHYSICS_EVENT_OUT_OF_WORLD as Box2D now has infinite world boundaries
- Updates SettingsTemplate.ini
- Needs to compile Box2D binaries for msvs2005, msvs2010, linux, mac and iPhone

summary:     - Finished integrating raycasts with Box 2.1.2
- Added _bEarlyExit parameter to raycast to exit as soon as an object is hit: it might not be the closest but it's more efficient
