Some ideas for cleanup of this window (Each idea bolded):

"Select devpak server": The default is still PlanetMirror which has been inactive for a few years. Additionally, program does not remember the setting, requiring user to change the server every-time.

"File description": Great, except quite-small for many (most) DevPaks (see attached). If the window was vertically-resizable (and remembered its size) that would help. The [fixed] height of the window is 479, (which enables it to supports legacy 640x480 screen-resolution); once the window is resizable, perhaps a default-height of 560? becomes more feasible. A movable "window pane" between the updates-list and file-description might be similarly helpful (Would be for me definitely :-), if this is not too hard to implement.
