#58 Buggy parsing of shortcuts.ini
Version: 5.4.1 (March 17 version)
OS version: Windows 7 Professional
Error reported: Changing the shortcut for "Execute:Compile & Run" does not work after restarting the application. I believe the problem is in the '&' character (the other "Compile and Run" shortcut uses "and").
Stack trace: N/A
Steps needed to reproduce the problem: Change shortcut for Compile & Run; close application; start application -> the shortcut is blank, although properly set in shortcuts.ini.
Fixed as of 5.4.2 RC5.
